1. Performer 1 lays on floor, with back down, knees up, feet pressing into the floor and arms stretched out
2. Performer 2 places back on knees and hands of performer 1 and proceeds in stretching arms
3. Performers 3 + 4 follow suit
4. Performer 5 stands in the middle and is the divider
5. Performers 6 to 8 stand in a line slowly bending forward
6. Performer 9 sits on knees bending forwards slowly
7. Breathe collectively
