Close your eyes  
Stretch your arms to the front
Tilt your head back 
Inhale and slowly bend backwards
Exhale to come back to a neutral standing pose
Repeat action

Hip shake
Shake your hips in your own rhythm
To the front, back, left and right
Fast or slow
Performance ends when last performer is exhausted

Hissing waters
Make a circle
Close your eyes
Turn heads collectively left to right while hissing
Find a collective moment
